When making purchases from Capilex:
In store: when you pay for a purchase with a credit or debit card, we collect the information linked to this card to process the payment.
On the website (capilexbeaute.ca): if you place an order online, your customer number and personal data are collected to process the billing and shipping of your order.
For product returns or exchanges, your customer number, last name, first name, address and telephone number will be requested so that we can contact you and proceed with the return and exchange procedures in accordance with our current policy. If the return or exchange results in a credit card refund, credit card information will be required to process the refund.
Business communications: When you sign up for our newsletter or any other business communication by mail or e-mail, we may ask you to provide us with personal information.
Personal information such as your customer number, first name, last name, e-mail and/or postal address and details of your interests may be requested to offer you the best possible service.
